1. Disable Startup Programs

Right-click on the taskbar or startup tab and click Task Manager and select startup.
2. Change Windows Settings
In window 10 settings some feature are on by default, you can also increase speed for your windows 10, just follow steps.
Click startup> Settings> Privacy
Turn off all the options, that are not useful for you, general, location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, call history, and background apps.
3. Disable Run-Time Services
Press Windows key + R, and type msconfig, and click services.

Press Windows key + R, and type %temp% then press Enter
